The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. A round-trip shuttle will depart from the AC Hotel at 4:15 pm for guests who would like transportation to and from the venue. If you plan to drive separately, please plan to arrive by 4:45 pm to allow time to get seated before the ceremony begins. Please note that late arrivals cannot be accommodated once the ceremony begins and will be invited to join us at cocktail hour afterward.

Yes. The shuttle will run after the reception with its first stop at the after-party and will continue back to the AC Hotel.
There will be limited parking available at Casa Feliz. We encourage guests to take the shuttle departing from the AC Hotel at 4:15 pm whenever possible, especially if you plan to enjoy a few drinks during the celebration.
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will take place outdoors. The reception and dancing will move indoors afterward. Please plan accordingly for the weather, and ladies may want to consider block heels or wedges for walking on the lawn.
Our venue has a beautiful indoor backup option, so the celebration will continue rain or shine!
Black Tie is encouraged. Tuxedos or dark suits for gentlemen and formal gowns or elegant midi dresses for ladies are appropriate. Please refrain from wearing white, ivory, or cream. Since many portions of the evening will take place outdoors on grass, we kindly recommend avoiding very pointy heels.
We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos or using their phones during the ceremony and ensure devices are silenced. We have professional photographers capturing every moment so that everyone can relax, unplug, and be fully present with us.
While we love your little ones, our venue is 21+ and we’re unable to accommodate children. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event.
Casa Feliz is a non-smoking venue. Guests who wish to smoke may do so in the parking lot away from the venue.
Yes! Since the reception concludes at 10:30 pm, we’ll be heading to an after-party for anyone who would like to keep the celebration going. The shuttle will make its first stop there, and the bride and groom will be there as well. Drinks will be available for purchase and the bar stays open until 2:00 am.
