Please fly into Denver International Airport or Eagle County Regional Airport. The Denver International Airport is located about 2 hours from Vail Village and the Eagle County Regional Airport is located 40 minutes from Vail Village. There are many options for rental cars for the weekend at both airports. If you are not renting, you can also take the Epic Mountain Express shuttles from the Denver or Eagle airport to Vail. Ride share services can be limited up in the mountains. Vail offers a free shuttle service that can get you anywhere needed in town. If you are staying outside of Vail, there are plenty of parking options in the Vail Transportation center, which is serviced by the shuttle. We will not be booking a hotel block, please feel free to book a hotel, Airbnb, or Vrbo in the surrounding areas. Vail Village is the most expensive option, then West Vail, then Avon. Anywhere in Vail will have access to the free Vail shuttle. Please see some options with availability below.
