Question

Is this invitation open to everyone?

Answer

We would love to have everyone there; however, this is by invitation only. Thus, please do not share this invitation with anyone else.

Question

If later on I'm unable to attend, will I be reimbursed for the payments I have made?

Answer

No. All deposits/payments made are not refundable. However, if the Host is able to find a replacement, your payments will then be refunded.

Question

Will transporation be provided?

Answer

No. Guests are responsible for their own transportation arrangements. Vacation property has parking space for 27 cars.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about?

Answer

Activities and paid excursions are being arranged. As they are finalized, they will be posted on the Itinerary tab. Note: Although some will be included, others will have to be paid by the participants.

Tell me more about the Life & Ministry Meeting being live.

Answer

We will be having it live, meaning at the vacation home. Various guests will be assigned parts making it enjoyable for all.

What accommodations are being made for food?

Answer

Continental breakfast will be provided. Other meal plans are being arranged and will be announced when finalized.
