When should I RSVP By?

What should I do If I can't Make It?
Answer
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" on the website, so we can plan accordingly.

When should I book my hotel?
Answer
We highly recommend booking your hotel as soon as possible, as Manchester has a lot of weddings every weekend.

Will there be transportation?
Answer
For those staying offsite, we will have shuttle service stops at a few select hotels on Saturday. There will be more information to come.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 4:30, so we ask that you take your seats by 4:15.

Will there be parking on the property?

Yes! There is parking at the Wilburton.

What should I wear?
Answer
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best cocktail attire. This includes floor length dresses, jumpsuits, cocktail dresses, and suits. Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors on grass, and the reception will take place under a tent with a hard marble floor. We strongly encourage you to consider block heels or flats for the grass. It tends to get cooler at night. If you easily get cold, it might be a good idea to bring a shawl or sweater!

Can I take photos with my camera?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony. Once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We would love for everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures we will share with you.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
We have opted for an adult only wedding with the exception of some older kids in the family. If you find yourself in a bind, please reach out and we can try to help find childcare or an alternative!

Can I bring a guest/date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally included on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Heck yeah! We will have an open bar for cocktail hour and reception. The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! For this reason and since there is no Ubers/Lyft in the area, we encourage you to use the shuttle services if you are staying at one of the pick up/drop off locations or have a plan to make sure you have a way to get home safely.
