FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Plan to hop on the Eagle Bahn Gondola (Lift 19) around 3:00pm. The ride takes about 15 minutes and the ceremony starts at 3:30pm (subject to change). Just make sure you’re on the correct gondola—we’ve heard stories of people ending up on the wrong one haha. If you’re near The Arrabelle at Vail Square, you’re in the right place!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Welcome Party: Cocktail Wedding: Black-Tie Optional

You can easily walk between them in about 15 minutes. You can also take the complimentary in-town bus system, which typically runs every 5 to 10 minutes. You can find the most up to date bus schedule here: https://www.vailgov.com/government/departments/transportation-services/bus-information

Is there dinner at the welcome party?

Answer

There won’t be dinner, but we’ll have an open bar from 8pm to 10pm and would love for you to come kick off the weekend with us!

What should I know about the high altitude?
