FAQs

If you don't see your question answered here, feel free to reach out to Parker before the wedding day. All wedding day questions can be referred to Sterling Terrell or Emmy Reinert.
Question

Dress Code?

Answer

GARDEN PARTY Women: Light and flowy fabrics. Floral, pastels, soft earth tones, etc. feel free to dress to the color palette. (Greens, blush, raspberry). I recommend a thicker heeled shoe as the majority of the evening will be on grass. (wedges, flats, block heels, etc.) Men: Suits or trousers with blazer. Light weight fabrics: linen, cotton, etc. We welcome light colors and florals and no tie necessary. (No jeans)

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

We aren't! While we are so grateful for your generosity, we will not be registering or accepting gifts. We feel so lucky to have had all of you in our corner and supporting us over the years, and that has been gift enough. This evening will be as much about celebrating our family as it is a thank you to y'all for loving us and the love you'll continue to have for us over the years.

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

No. The space and guest list is very limited so only those addressed on the invitation are asked to attend.

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Our wedding will be adult-only so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. (and get rowdy on the dance floor)

Question

Is there a hotel or room block?

Answer

No. There are many hotel options in Boerne as well as the La Cantera/Rim area. Please feel free to stay as comfortably as you'd like and wherever you prefer during your time in town.

Question

Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

No. Please keep in mind there will be no shuttle to and from hotels to bring you to the property when choosing your accommodation and making transportation plans.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The wedding ceremony has a firm 6pm start time and will be very short. Blink and you'll miss it. Please arrive between 5:30 and 5:45 to ensure enough time to park and find your seat.

Question

Where do we park?

Answer

Designated parking areas will be marked. Please ensure that all gates are closed behind you after entering or exiting the property.

Question

Will there be food to accommodate dietary restrictions?

Answer

Yes. Guests who specify their dietary needs on the RSVP will be provided a safe meal! If your request has not been submitted before MAY 1ST we will be unable to provide a meal according to your dietary needs.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes. There will be signature cocktails, a semi full bar, as well as beer, wine and champagne. We've got the tip covered so don't worry about bringing cash!

Question

What time does the wedding end?

Answer

The bar will close around 9pm and vendors will start to break down and leave shortly after. Again, there is no set structure for our evening and we may choose to bring the party inside once the vendors have left. Please feel free to stay as long as you'd like.
