Black Tie Optional. Tuxedos, formal gowns, dark suits, and cocktail-length dresses are all appropriate choices. We encourage guests to dress in a way that feels elegant and celebratory.
Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is approximately 20-25 minutes away by car.
Group rates are available at two hotels, both of which are located in Charlotte's SouthPark neighborhood. Our "primary" hotel is the AC Hotel Charlotte SouthPark. This is the hotel from which transportation will be provided to and from the wedding venue on Saturday, May 22, 2027. The other hotel is the Hyatt Centric Charlotte SouthPark. The two hotels are 0.6 miles apart from each other.
Complimentary transportation will be provided to and from the wedding venue for all guests staying at the AC Hotel SouthPark. Additional details, including pickup times, will be provided closer to the wedding date. Parking is available at Charlotte Country Club. Ubers are also readily available.
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you.
RSVP cards will be included in your formal invitation and should be mailed to the Charlotte, NC address provided.
