What is the dress code for the welcome party?

Summer cocktail attire. Jacket required, no tie.

Will there be food at the welcome party?

Answer

There will be light bites and desserts, so we recommend eating dinner beforehand. Please visit our Eat & Drink page for restaurant recommendations in Huntington.

What is the dress code for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Formal attire. Men are encouraged to wear suits and ties, and ladies in midi or long dresses. Please note the cocktail hour and reception will be held primairily on grass so we recommend choosing your footwear accordingly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 2:45pm as the ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00pm.

What is the best way to get to and from all of the wedding day events?

Answer

Ceremony: Drive, Uber, or Lyft to the church. There is plenty of parking surrounding the church. Following the ceremony, there will be a short gap to return to your hotel or grab a drink in town. Reception: Transportation will be provided for our out of town guests to and from Seawanhaka Yacht Club. Buses will begin boarding outside of the Hampton Inn & Suites in Huntington at 4:45pm to depart promptly at 5:00pm. The buses will be doing trips between back to the Hampton Inn & Suites in Huntington following the reception (10:30pm) and the after party (12:30am). Otherwise, we recommend driving, Uber, or Lyft. Parking is available for those who to choose to drive. However, we recommend using our buses, Uber, or Lyft to enjoy the night!
