If your invitation says "and guest", then yes, if not, please extend the invitation only to those listed on your invitation.
While both our ceremony and reception will take place on the same property, they are held in separate areas. After the ceremony concludes, guests will need to drive a short distance to the reception site on the property. Parking attendants will be outside to make the transition easy!
Our wedding ceremony will take place outdoors. Following the ceremony, we’ll move into a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces for the cocktail hour and reception.
The drinks are on us, but the hangover’s on you! 🍻 We’ll be providing all the beverages for the night, with a bartender serving up the good stuff—so please consider showing them some love with a tip. And if you’re feeling extra generous, there’ll also be a honeymoon jar to help us begin our new adventure!
Guests are responsible for getting themselves to the ceremony and reception venue. At the end of the evening, a shuttle will be available to help guests get back safely to their hotel. Please note: The shuttle will only stop at the two hotels listed on our Travel page. If you choose to use the shuttle, you’re welcome to leave your vehicle overnight at the venue. Just remember that you’ll need to arrange your own ride back in the morning to retrieve it. When you RSVP, you’ll see a question about using the shuttle. Please let us know if you plan to ride! If you’re still deciding, just put down that you might—this will help us provide the transportation company with a better-estimated headcount! More details about the shuttle service will be shared as we get closer to the big day—stay tuned!
