The deadline to RSVP to the weekend's events is September 19th, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we will have to mark you as 'no' in order to provide final guest counts to our vendors in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding!
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM so we request guests plan to arrive 15-30 minutes early to allow for seating.
Drive through the main entrance of Hermitage Country Club. Once you pass the tennis courts on the right-hand side, you will see the event parking lot on the left denoted by "Banquet/Event Parking" signage.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests not explicitly stated on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to celebrate with you!
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be child-free with the exception of family who are a part of our wedding party.
Our ceremony will be held outside on the back lawn (weather-permitting). The cocktail hour and reception will both take place indoors.
Our ceremony will be unplugged to ensure our photographers are able to do their best work in capturing our big day. We kindly ask you to keep personal cameras and cell phones tucked away until cocktail hour.
