Visit Glacier National Park. This is an all day trip. In July it stays light until after 10 p.m. so you do not need to rush this trip. Grab sandwiches, snacks and water before you go as there are very few places for provisions along the way. Drive up the Going to the Sun road to Logan's Pass, then turn around and come back. It's beautiful. **If you'd like more information e-mail Kelsey's Mom, Tula, for her Glacier in a Day Itinerary. Thompsontula@gmail.com
Walk around, enjoy the shops and eateries. Don't miss the Bigfork Museum upstairs in the Bigfork Art and Cultural Center. It's free to visit.
Beautiful lake front access. Swimming, camping, trails. Small day fee for out of state vehicles.
To float, kayak, or paddle board the Swan River or Flathead Lake rent your toys here. They also rent mountain bikes. **You can rent a boat (speed boat or pontoon) for Flathead Lake from Marina Cay or Bigfork Rentals**

Downtown Bigfork on the corner. Walk through the bar and out the back doors to the great garden bar area with live music on the weekends and dancing under the trees. The signs in the garden are from past businesses in the area.
Beers & lake views
Great ambiance & sushi
Our favorite! Breakfast and lunch only, about 5 miles from Bigfork, indoor and outdoor seating, closes at 2:00. Be prepared to wait, but it's worth it.
One of our favorite spots! This is one of the few lakefront bars in the area and the Flathead Lake view is spectacular. The service may be slow when they’re swamped, so be patient. Try the burgers or fish tacos!
Fine dining in Bigfork.
Fine dining in Bigfork area. Sports bar with a separate kitchen downstairs - Riley's Sports Bar.
Great hiking trail along Swan River. It's a 4 mile wide flat trail with several little shoots where you can walk down to the water. You can turn around at any point and walk back down to Bigfork Village.
Great day trip. It's about an hour 1/2 from Bigfork. Drive through park. Fun to see bison and other wildlife. Check out Ninepipes Museum of Early Montana on your way back. Great little museum.
Kelsey used to live here, go visit! It's about a 45min drive from Bigfork.
There is lots to do including hiking, mountain biking, an alpine slide, zip lines, and great scenery. You can ride the gondola to the top for some great views of the valley and Glacier Park.
