On a February evening, I matched with Parker on Hinge. I knew I wanted to go on a date with him! He cut right to the chase and asked if I wanted to go to brunch tomorrow. I immediately said "yes". When I got to the cafe we shared our life stories and immediately connected! We just kept talking and talking for the entire date. We bonded over ice skating on our second date and here we are!

The week before, Parker mentions that he has something special planned for the next weekend at the Mount (my Alma mater). I had a feeling he might propose to me there because Mount St. Mary's is so special to me! We were sitting on the bench close to the grotto and praying silently. Then he brings me behind the alter that was adorned with flowers and prayer candles. He says do know what today is? He said this is the day I say "forever and ever" to you! He bent down and placed the ring on my hand. Of course I said "Yes". We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you!
