Question

What is the attire?

Answer

Guests are required to wear the color navy. The attire is formal. This means guests have the option of wearing their most formal attire such as an evening gown or tuxedo but may also choose to wear a formal suit. No jeans. No shirt and tie with slacks only. No short club dresses. No casual attire.

If I cannot make it in person, can I attend virtually?

Answer

Absolutely! Everyone who RSVPs no will immediately be added to the facebook group where the wedding will be livestreamed.

Do I have to wear Navy?

Answer

Yes, we are requiring that ALL guests wear navy attire. Please kindly follow the request of the bride and groom by wearing the proper attire.

Are children invited?

Answer

If they are not a part of the wedding party, we will not have children in attendance.

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony and reception?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we look foward to only your attendance.

Is the wedding outdoors or indoors?

Answer

The ceremony is outdoors and the reception is indoors. Please pay attention to the weather and bring the necessary items in case it rains.

Is there parking at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Ceremony Parking: Parking is available across the street from Ewing Manor at St. John's Lutheran Church. It provides approximately 200 parking spaces. Ewing's pedestrian entrance is across the street from the parking lot at the corner of Emerson Street and Towanda Avenue. Reception Parking: Free parking (P) is available in the lots and side streets surrounding the BCPA on a first come, first served basis.

Will the wedding be live-streamed virtually?

Answer

Yes on Facebook.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

The ceremony will be unplugged, and we will give the opportunity for people to take pictures during the ceremony at a designated time. At the reception, guests can feel free to post pictures on their social media channels. Our only request is that you tag each photo with our IG/FB names and wedding hashtag #ForeverAndADavis so we can keep track of all of your pictures! Please be mindful of the types of photos you decide to post. They should be flattering and appropriate pictures of the bride, groom, and their families. The Bride and Groom reserve the right to ask you to delete anything they find unflattering or inappropriate.
