We are keeping our wedding and reception intimate, and have booked a small venue. Please no plus ones, unless formally invited on your wedding invitation!
Yes, please dress formally, trying to stick to the color scheme! It is going to be late October, so dress accordingly for the weather, keeping in mind that Colorado is bipolar. We will also be providing blankets, that will be yours to take home! DARK shades of purples, greens, reds/oranges, browns, grays and black would be lovely with the decor and in photos.
September 15th. Please RSVP as soon as possible after receiving your invitation. Our catering will be more relaxed and made on the spot, but we would like to make sure we have seating, drinks, ETC. planned far in advanced.
The venue can park up to 65 vehicles, and will have a “valet service”. You can pull into the parking lot close to the entrance bridge, and there will be an attendant to park your car and keep things organized.
The venue is only a few miles from Longmont, so we will not have a shuttle service. It is difficult to find Ubers late at night in this location. If you plan on drinking, please plan accordingly by carpooling with a DD. If a car must be left at the venue overnight, they require it be picked up by 9AM the following day.
Yes! Our caterer is a wood fired pizza truck. You will be able to build your own pizza to your liking.
