Where is the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will be in Playa del Carmen, Mexico! Please fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). From there, the resort is about an hour away by transfer service, which will be available to book along with your room reservation.

Will I need a passport?

Answer

YES! All guests, including children, will need a passport to attend. We recommend getting started on this process ASAP as it can take weeks to receive your passport.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by January 31st, 2027, so we can have an accurate headcount during planning.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! The resort is family friendly and has activities specifically geared toward children. We will also have our little one with us. Your children (under 18) were included in your invite, so you'll see the option to RSVP for them when filling out the RSVP form. We have a small number of rooms for guests looking for an adults-only experience at the adults-only side of the resort.

What will the weather be like?

Sunny, hot, humid... and maybe rainy. Dress accordingly and bring your swimsuit!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All events are planned to be outdoors, but we have a back up location in case the weather is rainy.

What are the estimated travel costs?

Answer

Between a flight and basic room accommodations, each person should plan to spend ~$1,000. The resort is all-inclusive, so all food and drink on property is included with your stay.

What are the travel dates?

We are currently holding most rooms from August 18th-August 24th, 2027; however, you may book any dates you wish through our travel website (SEE HOTEL INFO TAB)

Can I book my stay for additional days?

Answer

Yes! See our Travel section for the link to book your room through our room block at a discounted rate. You need to stay at least 3 nights to use the discount, but you can stay additional days if you'd like to extend your vacation.
