When should I arrive and depart?

Answer

We recommend arriving in time to check in and join us for the Welcome Dinner on the evening of June 22, 2026 and departing the villa on check out day on June 25th, 2026.

Where will guests be staying?

Answer

We’ve reserved all of of rooms at Villa Barberino. We will be assigning our guests their rooms to optimize the number of guests we have.

When is Check In and Check Out?

Check-in: from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on June 22, 2026 Check-out: by 11:00 am on June 25, 2026

What’s the best way to get to the venue?

Answer

The venue is 50 minute drive from Florence Airport (FLR). We reccommend renting a car for your flexibility if you would like to explore outsite of our wedding acitivities. Parking is available and free at the villa.

What is the dress code?

Welcome Dinner: Cocktail attire Wedding Ceremony: Black Tie (Tux, Dark Suits), with a whimsical garden feel (think flowing floor-length gowns, joyful color, and timeless elegance) Brunch & Pool Party: Resort wear or swim attire

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is planned to take place outdoors. A backup plan will be in place in case of inclement weather.

We love your little ones! However, due to space and guest capacity, we’re keeping this an adult-only celebration. Thank you for understanding.

Please check your invitation or RSVP page — if a guest is listed, we’d be thrilled to have them join!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Tuscany typically enjoys warm days and cooler evenings. We recommend bringing a light layer for nighttime celebrations and comfortable shoes for walking the grounds.
