Maddy and Jeremy met for the first time in April of 2016 at Disney's Boat & Yacht Club Resort for the Jersey Mike's Subs National Conference. While it was not love at first sight, the bride and groom will always appreciate that they got to meet in such a beautiful, special and magical setting such as Disney World, "Where Dreams Come True". The following year, Maddy and Jeremy attended the Conference again-as a couple. In June of that year, Maddy and Jeremy finally got to work together on a grand opening, which is when they discovered that coincidentally, they just so happened to live in the same apartment complex and had the whole time. Of all the apartment buildings in Tampa, this seemed like a strange coincidence. This opening was also the first time that Maddy had started to develop a crush on Jeremy. Over the next year, Jeremy and Maddy worked together on 6 grand openings across the state, and with each one, her crush grew stronger. Subtle hints of flirtation started to turn into blatant flirting and Jeremy was NOT catching the hints. Eventually Maddy grew so tired of Jeremy not flirting back that she decided to be bold and ask him out. They went out for taco's and had a wonderful night. After months of innocent dating, the couple decided to go out with friends for St Patrick's Day 2019. They went down to Ybor city and met up with their friends at "The Dirty Shame". After a boisterous night of drinks, pool, and darts, the couple went home together for the first time. March 19th, 2017, Jeremy and Maddy decided to make it "official" and promised to commit themselves to each other from that day on, and so they have.
