What is the venue COVID-19 safety protocol

Answer

Upon entering the venue, guests will be asked to use hand sanitizer and all temperatures will be checked. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, with chairs and tables spaced apart. The reception is indoors, and will be at approximately half capacity. We plan on spacing out the tables and seats, as appropriate. All vendors and staff will be wearing masks, and common areas will be sanitized every 30 minutes during the course of the event. Furthermore, all river house staff have been fully vaccinated. If you have any concerns regarding COVID-19, please reach out to Joe or myself.

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Although we adore your little ones this will be an adults only event. We hope you understand and can respect our wishes. If you have any specific concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Are There Hotels Close To The Ceremony/Reception?

All hotels are a short Uber ride away! If you are staying on the beach side we suggest giving yourself some extra time.

What's The Dress Code

Cocktail/semi-formal, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

Where Should Guests Park

Answer

We would like everyone to have a safe and enjoyable evening. There is ample parking available at the venue, but if you plan on enjoying the open bar, we recommend using Uber/Lyft to get to the ceremony/reception.
