Paris's Version: Cayden and I were supposed to be together from the start! Last year, I decided to room with my sister Piper's mission companion, Josslayne. In October, Jossalyne approached me and said she wanted to set me up with her brother, Kurtt's, best friend, Cayden. She was adamant we needed to go on a date because he was one of the kindest guys she knew! He called me a week later to set up a date, and from the minute we talked on the phone I knew Jossalyne was right, he was the most genuine guy with the best sense of humor. Cayden's Version: It took some serious persistence to finally get in contact with this girl. My friend Kurtt told me that his sister wanted to set me up with her roommate so he gave me her number and said she was expecting a call. I called the number once, no answer, so I called back again immediately, again to no avail. I guess the third time truly is a charm because after the third call I guess she finally got sick of her phone ringing and answered. Ever since that first call I knew we would get along great. Since she was down in St. George and I was up north, it was hard to find a time to meet up. The one time I was planning on coming down, she had plans to come up. Needless to say we ended up meeting for the first time in the Foster’s house around 2:00 in the morning after I got back from St. George. We didn’t have a ton of time that night and obviously I wanted to see her again so I planned a surprise date down in St. George. Let’s just say that sparks flew that night and the rest is history.
