We first met at a Persian holiday gathering celebrating the winter solstice, called "Yalda". Shortly after, by exceptional coincidence, we connected again and clicked! It was through pure serendipity that linked us to meet and that's when we both thought "this could be something!"

A little after a year from when we first met, on a "spontaneous" trip to Hawaii, Shahrokh planned a breathtaking proposal that blew me away. Little did I know, he had also secretly coordinated with some of our close friends who joined us to celebrate! It was an incredible week on the island, filled with laughter and love, and we cant think of a better way to have celebrated!
