When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 1st. If we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll have to assume you’re not attending so we can finalize plans with our vendors. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with those who can make it!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we can only accommodate those formally listed on your invitation. If a plus-one has been extended to you, your invitation will be addressed as {Your Name} + {Guest}. Thank you so much for understanding!

Where will the wedding events take place?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors on the lawn at The Dunes Golf and Beach Club. The reception will follow indoors in the formal ballroom.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up for our big day. Dress code for the wedding day is black tie. Please remember the ceremony is held outdoors. Dressy causal attire is requested for the Welcoming Party. This will also be held outside.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We adore your little ones, but we’ve decided to keep our ceremony adults-only. To make things easier for you, we’ll have a sitter available at the venue to watch over the kids. After dinner they’re welcome to join the celebration and party with us! If you wish to make this a “Parents Night Out” your kids can stay with the sitter until the end of the reception.

Are all kids required to stay with the sitter?

We've arranged for a sitter during the entirety of our wedding for children under the age of 9. If your child falls into that age group, we kindly ask that they join the sitter. Older kids are welcome to enjoy the evening with the rest of the guests.

Will there be a kids' meal option?

Answer

Yes! All children 12 years old and under will automatically receive a kid-friendly meal - chicken tenders, fries, and fruit. Children over 12 will be able to choose from the adult menu options.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Myrtle Beach in early October usually offers beautiful, mild weather—perfect for an outdoor celebration! Expect daytime temperatures around 75–80°F and cooler evenings around 60–65°F. It’s typically sunny with a comfortable ocean breeze.
