FAQs

We hope you find this page helpful for any potential questions! Updates will come as we continue putting things together.
Question

Seating

Answer

Please arrive with ample time to find parking and seating! The first handful of rows will be reserved for family and the attendants of the bride and groom. We ask that you refrain from leaving empty seats in the middle of the rows - every seat will be needed for a guest! If you need to leave early for any reason, finding a seat in the back is suggested. For the reception, you can reference our online table chart for your assignments - just scan the QR code found in your ceremony programs.

Question

Parking

Answer

Once you pull into the picnic grove area, you'll need to drive further down to get to Grove #5. You will see a large parking lot! We kindly ask that you leave the spaces closest to the walking path for our vendors, elderly guests, and immediate family.

Question

Guest Attire

Answer

Think spring semi-formal, with comfortable footwear - we'll be outdoors! Here is a link for some inspiration: https://pin.it/7iJIXzLok This is a family friendly event, so please keep that in mind when choosing your attire. Traditional cultural clothing is encouraged (ex: barongs, filipiñanas, saris, etc.)! We kindly ask that our guests do not wear white, or any similar colors. Exceptions to this include barongs, undershirts, and other traditional wear. The bridesmaids will be wearing dresses in these pastels: pink, purple, blue, yellow, and green. For guests, darker or brighter shades of these colors are great so that the bridesmaids can stand out! If you are super confused, here is an article you can reference for help: https://www.theknot.com/content/what-to-wear-semi-formal And here's a source for examples of what NOT to wear: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1eoJQnoza3hyV0T7ZVGAKtCeAyoJsa5C596_N_s_8j0k/edit?usp=sharing Sorry it's so extensive, just getting all the info out there!

Question

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

If you received a plus one, it appeared when you RSVP'd. We worked hard to accommodate as many of our loved ones as possible, so the number was limited. Thank you for your respect and understanding of our decisions.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

All children's names who we can accommodate for were indicated when you RSVP'd. Should any changes take place, you will be messaged directly if we can accommodate your child/children! There will be coloring activities for children during the ceremony, and plenty of space for them to move around. Knowing children will be present, please be mindful of your language use - words make an impact on little ears!

Question

Photos

Answer

We kindly ask that during the ceremony, you silence your phones and limit photography, as to not disturb the aesthetics captured by our photographer and videographer. We would love for you to share whatever photos you do take on our special day, so be sure to scan the QR code to our shared album once you arrive or at the reception! And, additionally ask that nothing be posted on social media until further notice. Thanks!

Question

Weather Tips

Answer

We will update this as the date gets closer - so check this again during wedding week! Right now, we're projected to have a high of 73 F, partly cloudy day. Be prepared for all things though! Sunscreen, umbrella, water bottle, etc. - whatever you may need for the day will be good to have on hand.

Question

Drinks

Answer

Our location prohibits alcohol from any glass bottles or containers to be present - it is a safety hazard. If you would like to bring your own, please make sure it is not in a glass container, and do not consume it within 20 feet of the parking lot. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we will no longer have a bartender :(
