Our reception is going to be a fun night full of music and dancing, food and open bar, and families merging together! So definitely save up your energy, bring your empty bellies, and be ready for lots of pictures and videos to be taken.
An assortment of Indian favorites for appetizers and main course will be offered including samosas, pakoras, daal, chicken tikka masala, and more!
You are welcome to wear either American clothes or Indian clothes to our reception. American clothes can include formal cocktail and glitzy dresses and men's suits. Indian suits include "Lehengas", "Sarees", or "Salwar kameez" in bright, fun colors and glitzy fabrics.
It is tradition to give cash gifts. For good luck, it is customary to end the amount with $1! For example: $31, $101, etc.
