We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to document our big day. As such, we highly encourage everyone to refrain from pulling out smartphones to take photos and videos during the ceremony. Please switch all of your devices to silent mode and keep unnecessary phone use to a minimum as well.

Yes. We request that guests with any food allergies or other dietary restrictions communicate with the hotel directly upon arrival. This will give us ample time to coordinate with our caterer on any necessary menu adjustments.
Yes, our venue has multiple entrances equipped with wheelchair-access ramps. If you would like to request a wheelchair on the day of the ceremony, you must make arrangements with the front desk prior to the event.

Our afternoon ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, while the reception will take place indoors in the Ballroom.
The Dominican Republic summers are HOT during the day, so we recommend sunglasses and sunscreen for the outdoor events to keep you comfortable.
We'll be serving hot and cold hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour, followed by a buffet dinner at the reception.
There'll be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout the cocktail hour and reception.
