2014 - Rob and Jeanette met in February 2014 when Jeanette joined 314e Corporation as a Recruiter. Some would say it was fate that Rob declined a job offer based in Washington the previous month. Along with other colleagues, the two spent many weekends out together and in October 2014, Rob made his first move by buying Jeanette a drink. After that day, they started to hang out 1-1 and watch practically every Warriors game together who had their best season yet and were NBA Champs after 40 years. 2015 - Rob and Jeanette embark on their first trip together - a 10 day camping road trip from the Bay Area to Banff National Park in Canada. Although they had spent the entire Warriors season together, this was the trip the two really got to know each other as it was just them and nature. 2017 - After many trips around the US and to Iceland together, the two decide to move out of California. What started as an idea to move to Portland, Oregon resulted in an international job search and a move across the world to Helsinki, Finland where Rob lands a job at Yousician. 2021 - After traveling to 30+ countries together, living abroad for 4 years, quarantining during a global pandemic, and raising a furbaby, Rob proposes to Jeanette during their Fall trip in Kemijärvi, Lapland. 2022 - Is it a coincidence that the year Jeanette and Rob officially start dating in 2015, the Warriors win the championship after 40 years. And now the year Jeanette and Rob will be getting married, the Warriors win after 4 years? For the sake of the Warriors, let's get these two married!
