What time is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. Please try to get to the church by 4:15!

Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

Shuttle to Ceremony: (keep in mind check-in for both hotels is 3pm. Unfortunately we can't make them any earlier!) Hyatt Hotel: 3:30pm Pickup Hilton Hotel: 3:45pm Pickup Following Reception: 11:15pm shuttle back to both hotels Late Night Shuttle from Dogwood (after party) 12:30am

Will there be a shuttle from the ceremony to the reception?

Answer

St. Joachim Church is right across the street (a very short walking distance) to the Roundhouse! There will not be a shuttle between the two.

Is there parking at the church or venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot at the church, as well as a large parking lot at the Roundhouse. You are able to leave your car in the Roundhouse parking lot overnight if needed!

What is the dress code?

Semi-formal/cocktail attire please!

Will the cocktail hour be right after the ceremony?

Answer

Due to scheduling, there will be a short break between the ceremony and cocktail hour. During that time feel free to drive around Beacon, walk around The Roundhouse property or find a local bar, check into your hotel, etc.! The ceremony will end shortly after 5pm and cocktail hour will begin at 6pm! The Roundhouse Patio will be open at that time so feel free to head over to the restaurant on the property for a few drinks and scenery before the cocktail hour (also walking distance)
