How long does a Greek Orthodox ceremony take?

The wedding ceremony is packed with just about as much symbolism and tradition that can fit in one service. By American standards the wedding service is likely significantly longer than previous ceremonies of different denominations. But there is quite a lot of ground covered in the average one hour that the service takes.

How far is the church (ceremony) from the hotels & venue in the city?

Answer

25-30 minutes!

Will there be a shuttle service to and from the events?

Answer

Yes & No! There will not be a shuttle service from the hotels to our ceremony or reception. The venue is a very close distance to the reception. Please keep this in mind when traveling! Uber & Lyft are great options for those who don’t wish to walk. There will also be Valet options for those driving straight to the venue! Beginning at 11pm from the reception, there will be a trolley service until the end of the night to shuttle guests back to their hotels!
