What are we are asking of you if you plan to attend?

Answer

As our guests we are asking that you help us to make this a safe and healthy event for us, our son, our grandparents, and for you. We ask that you test negative for Covid-19 within 24 hours before attending our celebration. And obviously if you are feeling unwell, please stay home and we will celebrate together at another time.

Where and when should you get a test?

Answer

Please have your test administered within 24 hours of our celebration. Resources include CVS, Walgreens, and other state-run testing facilities . Rapid tests are also available for purchase or covered by your insurance at CVS and local pharmacies. The Beatrice Hotel will be sending an email leading up to the event outlining the venue's requirements.

Why so COVID-Strict?

Answer

Aside from still being in the midst of a pandemic with a high rate in our community, this is a requirement of our venue. Additionally and importantly, we want to keep YOU safe, while also being able to celebrate together in a fun way. We have elderly grandparents, a young son, and immune-compromised loved ones. Even if you don't fall into one of those categories, we care about your health and well-being, and we love you.
