We're getting married!

How Pao remembers it? Hehehe well... I met Luis through mutual high school friends, without knowing how close our circle of friends truly was. Today, I am grateful for this blessing. 13 years ago, while in Grad school, at a medical school event at a bar, Luis and I were getting to know each other, and he just LICKED MY CHEEK! I know!!! Super weird! That's when I knew I had met someone that matched my weirdness. Although I was not a fan of him licking my cheek without cause, I felt the chemistry and knew it was the kind of chemistry that would lead to making silly choices, like licking a stranger’s cheek. Since then, our relationship continued to develop in a transparent and organic fashion to the point that when we are together, we feel at home! We have built a life, where friends are family and families are friends, honoring the bad from our past, the good in the present, and the hope in the future. I thank God and the Universe daily for allowing Luis to licked my cheek that night because now I have a life partner and someone who matches my energy and my love for him.

I don't know what to say, I feel since the moment I met her I knew we were destined for each other.
