FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by and how?

Answer

Please RSVP for the rehearsal dinner/reception no later than October 31st, 2025. We have to provide an exact guest count to our venues; therefore, if we do not have an answer by then, we unfortunately mark you down as 'not attending'. There will be a QR code along with your invitation that will bring you to the RSVP page. You can also RSVP through our website!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

To create a cohesive and elegant atmosphere, we kindly ask that all guests adhere to a BLACK-TIE FORMAL dress code for the ceremony. For men, this means wearing a tuxedo, and for women, we request a floor-length BLACK gown. We truly appreciate your understanding in helping us create the sophisticated vibe we're envisioning, and we hope you'll feel as stylish and fabulous as we know you are! We understand this may be a bit specific, but we're striving for a polished, cohesive look for the big day. Thank you so much for your cooperation- we can't wait to celebrate with you in style!

Question

Can I take photos with my phone during the ceremony?

Answer

While we understand that you want to capture the special moment, we please ask that you remain fully present with us during the ceremony! You may be asked to put your phone away, as we would like to avoid having phones in our pictures! We would love to share pictures with you once the photographer sends them to us!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We kindly request no extra guests or plus ones at our wedding. Only those who are named on the invitation are invited to celebrate with us. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Unless specified on your invitation, we kindly request that this celebration remain an adult only event! We look forward to celebrating with you!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 7:00PM. We ask that you please arrive no later than 15-30 minutes beforehand to ensure no interruptions during the ceremony! (If you do arrive late, you will be asked to wait until the procession has ended.)

Question

Will there be enough seating at the reception?

Answer

There will be approximately 80 chairs at the tables (including tables that will be reserved for family and wedding party). There are also bench seats available by the windows that seat 10 each. Hopefully, you'll be having so much fun dancing that you won't want to sit down!

Question

Answer

Please contact either Brianna Tejeda (Maid of Honor) or Lance Gonzalez (Best Man). Brianna Tejeda: (504) 914-9493 Lance Gonzalez: (504) 287-1914
