FAQs

The Wedding Website of Paola Rosa Medina and Bryan Kelly
Our wedding theme is deep burgundy, white, and green, perfectly fitting the rustic vibe of Camp Tecumseh. We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing white, but beyond that, please wear something comfortable and festive. Feel free to incorporate burgundy or green if you like, and most importantly, come ready to celebrate with us!
Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We kindly request that our wedding event be adults-only. We truly appreciate your understanding.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! We’ll share more details and tips closer to the wedding date. Parking vehicles may only be parked in designated parking areas. Parking on the grass where parking mesh has not been placed for designated parking is prohibited and may result in additional grounds fees. Roads to cabins or buildings may not be blocked by parked vehicles for any reason.

Question

Are cabins available for guests?

Answer

Yes! Cabins will be available from Thursday through Sunday. The cost is $25 per person, per night, which we kindly ask guests to cover. If you plan to stay for one or two nights, please let us know by March 31st so we can finalize arrangements.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Of course! As long as you RSVP with your plus one’s name, and we approve, they are always welcome!

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors at Camp Tecumseh. The ceremony will take place in the Tabernacle, and the celebration will continue immediately afterward in the Dining Hall.

Question

Can I take photos with my phone?

Answer

Yes, of course! We’d love for you to capture special moments throughout the day. We simply ask that you remain mindful during the ceremony.

Question

What drinks can guests expect at the reception?

Answer

Our reception will be alcohol-free. We’ll have a variety of refreshing non-alcoholic beverages available and can’t wait to celebrate together!

Question

How should I dress for the celebration?

Answer

The wedding will be cocktail attire. Spring evenings can be cool, so we recommend bringing a light coat, shawl, or wrap.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 10:30 AM, as the wedding will begin promptly at 11:00 AM.

Question

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at Camp Tecumseh 445 Mechlin Corner Rd, Pittstown, NJ 08867.

Question

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift! We don’t have a registry, but if you feel especially moved to give, contributions toward our honeymoon or a gift card are warmly appreciated. Most of all, we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 31st, 2026.

Question

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction. Can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! We’ll be sharing the full menu before the wedding. Please let Bryan or Paola know about any dietary restrictions or allergies, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you so you can enjoy the celebration worry-free.

Question

I have a question that isn’t answered on the website. What should I do?

Answer

We’ve tried to include all the important details here, but if you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out! You can contact Bryan or Paola directly—we’re happy to help and want you to feel prepared and excited for the celebration.
