When Alex and I met we instantly clicked as friends. It was an indescribable connection as if we knew each other for a lifetime. We became best friends and would hang out ALL THE TIME. But then I started to notice something... I suspected that he liked me more than friends. So, one evening as we were sitting in the car, I decided to speak to him. I told him that I really loved our friendship and did not want anything more than that. I was nervous that he would take it the wrong way but with a smile on his face he looked at me and said, " I respect everything you told me, but just know that I will marry you one day." It was at that moment in my mind I said, "he might be the one" but I laughed thinking it wouldn't happen. Little did I know that was the man God had separated for me. And here we are today, planning our big day!
