Most places are cash-only so highly recommend taking out in advance. There are ATMs in the town, but sometime they don't work or charge a high fee. They take USD pretty much everywhere but we also recommend carrying Dominican pesos. The town is very low key beach vibes- bathing suits, cover ups, linen shirts, shorts dresses & light pants, sandals and sun protection. Bring comfortable shoes!
Las Terrenas is very tropical and there’s always chance for rain.

Your airlines will require you to fill out an E-Ticket to enter & exit the DR. They will send you a link to the form and we recommend you fill it out in advance (worst case you can do it at the airport but it takes some time).
