Our story began in the charming town of Marquette, Michigan, where we both attended Northern Michigan University. It was there that we first crossed paths through mutual friends, interests, and the beautiful outdoors that surrounded us. What started as a simple friendship during those college years soon blossomed into something much deeper. One of our favorite things to do together was explore the stunning hiking trails that wind through Marquette. Whether it was a morning hike up Sugarloaf Mountain or a spontaneous adventure along the coastline of Lake Superior, or taking a sunset cruise through Presque Isle park, we were always up for exploring the breathtaking beauty of the Upper Peninsula. The outdoors became a special part of our relationship, and it’s where we shared many of our best memories. Of course, we can't forget the many many nights spent with our closest friends going out to Remie's for a classic "Big Cup" or climbing the many, many, many stairs to the 906 for country night, and then continuing the climb later in the night to the infamous Vera. During those college years, Bridgett spent countless hours in the frigid cold at Lakeview arena, cheering from the stands watching Justin play for the NMU club hockey team. Through the years, our connection only grew stronger, and we found new ways to bond over our shared love for music. Concerts became a regular part of our life, whether it was jamming out at small venues or enjoying big-name shows. There’s something about live music that brings us even closer, creating memories and soundtracks to our favorite moments together. Of course, no adventure would be complete without our two beloved pets—Tony, our energetic and loyal dog, and Jarvis, our quirky and independent cat. They’ve become an inseparable part of our family, always by our side and keeping us on our toes. Another highlight of our life together is time spent on Lake Minocqua. Whether we’re out on the boat or simply relaxing by the water, or getting buckets at the Thirsty Whale... those moments are where we feel most at peace, surrounded by nature and the people we love. As we take this next step in our journey, we’re so excited to celebrate our love with all of you who have been with us every step of the way.
