As most of you know, we met in the operating room while training as plastic surgery residents at Johns Hopkins Hospital. What began as long days, shared cases, and late nights slowly grew into something much more. Four years later, JD surprised Kristen with a proposal—right back where it all began. It felt only fitting to start our life together in the place that first brought us together.
