After invitations are sent out, please RSVP on our wedding website by May 14th. This ensures we have enough time to give accurate numbers to our vendors. Just remember that if you don’t RSVP in time, there may not be enough food. Thank you!
We would love to see our friends and family dress up with us! Our dress code is semi-formal attire. For men we ask that you wear suits with the option of a jacket and tie. For women we ask that you wear a dress (floor length, midi, knee length) with the option of a jumpsuit/pantsuit. We know that this is Montana, but please refrain from wearing denim/jeans or tshirts.
Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those specifically named on the formal invitation. If your invitation is addressed to you “and guest,” you are welcome to bring a plus one. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
We kindly ask that guests arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes early to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in before the ceremony begins.
We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We have an incredible photographer capturing every moment, so you can relax and be fully present with us during the ceremony. We’d love to see your photos from the dance floor, reception, and everything in between- just don’t forget to share them with us!
While we won’t have a traditional “bar,” there will be alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages available- on us. However, if there’s something specific you’d like to drink, feel free to bring it with you!
There will be ample parking available at the Yellowstone Jewel. The venue will allow cars to be left overnight- but please remember to pick them up the next day.
