Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes - parking is directly at the church and Olympic Hills Golf Course.

Question

Will there be shuttles? To the airport? Venues?

Answer

We are working this! All the hotels we have blocks for have shuttles to/from the airport, which are supported through the hotels themselves. Therefore, you will need to coordinate with them on how that works. We are working on shuttles or carpooling from the hotels to ceremony/reception! The Renaissance, Staybridge, and Hampton Inn Minneapolis-Bloomington West are all next to/across the street from each other. Therefore, you are more than welcome to carpool with someone even if they are staying at one of the other hotels. When you RSVP, let us know if you will need transportation assistance (completely okay if you don’t plan on getting a rental) because we will happily do the coordinating to help you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We would love for you to arrive at least 10-15 min prior! Since there will be about 20-30 min of traveling from your hotel to the ceremony venue, it may be best to leave earlier than expected just in case there’s traffic.

Yes! Amazon, Crate & Barrel, & Target! Also, we have funds (e.g. honeymoon & travel) that we would appreciate donations to since we will be doing long distance for at least another year. Thank you for thinking of us!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi formal! Examples for the ladies would be dresses, jumpsuits, romper, lady suit, etc. Examples for the guys would be a suit, button down, dress pants, sports jacket, etc.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we are unable to accommodate plus ones for everyone. When you RSVP, if it doesn’t specify that you have a plus one, then you don’t have one. I’m sorry! We hope you can still join us!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! If your RSVP doesn’t include your children, then reach out to Alex or Joe.

We have several hotel blocks listed under our “travel” tab! We suggest booking through our link to give you a little discount!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We will be hosting a “welcome party” the day prior to the wedding! There will be games, food, and plenty of time to catch up & have fun!
