FRIDAY, APRIL 25 – WELCOME PARTY Shuttle Pickups: Courtyard by Marriott: 4:45 PM Holiday Inn & Suites: 5:15 PM Return Shuttle: 10:00 PM SATURDAY, APRIL 26 – WEDDING DAY Shuttle Pickups: Courtyard by Marriott: 4:15 PM Holiday Inn & Suites: 4:30 PM Return Shuttles: 1st Return Shuttle: 10:30 PM 2nd Return Shuttle: 11:30 PM For guests interested in staying in Downtown Austin, please note there is the Annual Founder’s Day Festival that weekend in downtown Dripping Springs which could impact travel. Please monitor traffic ahead to avoid delays. We recommend beginning your travels 60 minutes before arrival time for wedding ceremony. Guests are encouraged to arrive by 5:00pm. Camp Lucy has two entrances, so please follow these instructions carefully to arrive at the correct location for the events: FRIDAY, APRIL 25 – WELCOME PARTY Location: Whit's Inn at Camp Lucy Time: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM Driving Directions to Whit’s Inn: When you enter the front gates of Camp Lucy, please inform the Driver to immediately turn right and continue straight. On your left, you’ll see a long one-story building with a large sign that says “WHIT’S INN.” Park anywhere and come on in! (Highlighted in yellow on attached map) Shuttle Pickups: Courtyard by Marriott: 4:45 PM Holiday Inn & Suites: 5:15 PM Return Shuttle: 10:00 PM SATURDAY, APRIL 26 – WEDDING DAY Location: Ian’s Chapel at Camp Lucy Time: *Please arrive at 5:00 PM* Driving Directions to Ceremony: Type "Ian's Chapel at Camp Lucy" in GPS - When you enter Camp Lucy, please inform the Driver to immediately turn left and follow the road up the steep hill. At the top, look for a white sign pointing right to “IAN’S CHAPEL PARKING.” Park there and join us under the Stone Arch for the ceremony. (Highlighted in blue on attached map) *Helpful Tips:* If you have trouble finding Ian’s Chapel, you can stop at Tillie’s restaurant, located nearby, and ask for directions or call them at (512) 894-2633. Ian’s Chapel is within walking distance of Tillie’s. If you see signs for “Sacred Oaks”, you have entered through the wrong entrance.
