Do you have a schedule for the reception?

Answer

Dinner will begin at 4PM and conclude promptly at 6:30PM. We have a packed schedule of wedding traditions and activities to follow, so we want to ensure we stay on track to keep the celebration going! Wedding Toast/Cake Cutting/Activities 6:30-8 PM Live Music 8PM-12AM Drinks all night!

Are there any special wedding traditions you’ll be doing?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with a variety of traditional dances throughout the evening! This will include special dances with family, as well as the traditional money dance. If you would like to participate in the money dance, please feel free to bring some cash, though participation is entirely optional. We can’t wait to see you all on the dance floor!

Do you have a honeymoon fund?

Answer

Although gifts are not necessary, any and all contributions towards our honeymoon fund would be greatly appreciated! We have set up a fund through Zola. If you prefer to do so privately, please message us. Thank you for your generosity in making our dreams come true!

Yes, we are registered at both Target and Amazon.

Yes! There are plenty of parking spaces available.

Due to the rural location, services like Uber and Lyft are unavailable.

Answer

Eppley Airfield in Omaha, NE is the nearest airport.

If the wedding ceremony is in South Sioux City, NE and the reception in Emerson, NE, where is the best place to stay?

Answer

Please visit the “Travel” page in our registry website to check out our recommended options in South Sioux City, NE, Sioux City, IA, and Wayne, NE. Given the rural location, these are within 15-40 min drive of Emerson, NE.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We do not have a dress code, so please wear what you feel most comfortable in (please no white)! It is summer in the Midwest, so keep that in mind.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Children are allowed; however, we ask that you please keep an eye on your kiddos and be mindful of activities the day of.
