When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than Sunday, September 14th. We will need to give our final guest count to our venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the ceremony no later than 12pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that our lovely guests dress in Semi-Formal attire. Please wear suits and cocktail dresses or tuxedos and gowns are totally welcomed as well! We just want our guests looking their absolute best for pictures! Dressing at Shawnee - Shawnee makes every effort to provide a comfortable atmosphere for each guest. Shawnee requests our guests wear appropriate resort attire (please avoid well worn jeans, flip flops, tank tops, halter tops, camisoles, torn or ripped t-shirts, and short shorts or very short skirts).

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We ask that only those that were invited, come to our wedding. As much as we would love to see extra smiling faces, we only have enough food and seats for the guests that the invitations were sent to.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We do have a limited block of rooms reserved at Shawnee Inn & Golf Resort for our guests. We kindly ask that you make your reservations no later than September 30th to ensure that a room will be available for you. Please be sure to use the discount code provided on the travel page of this website to get the group rate!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Shawnee Inn & Golf Resort have very large parking lots that will be able to accommodate all of our beautiful guests(:

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no transportation to Shawnee Inn from other hotels. However, Shawnee Inn does provide a luxury golf cart transportation from the ceremony site to the cocktail hour and reception location on the property for our ADA guests only.
