If you want easy access to the city life, we recommend staying in Chios. Here, you'll find shopping, a great selection of restaurants, and an endless bar and clubbing scene. This is a very tourist-packed part of the island and for a good reason - it offers endless options and easy access to other parts of the island. The airport is also a 5-minute drive from most hotels in the city. We recommend staying at Hotel Chandris or Grecian Castle Hotel. If, however, you prefer being in the 'xorio' ('village' in Greek), we recommend staying either in Kardamyla or Giosona (both located in Northeast Chios). Here, you'll truly be able to enjoy the true simplicity of the village life as well as the advantage of being near the beach. You'll also be staying near the location of the wedding, thus, cutting down on driving time throughout the weekend. We recommend staying at Ai Yannis Hotel, Argo Suites, and Spilia Studios. Chios to Kardamyla is roughly a 25-minute drive.
