We're getting married!

Adrian and Amanda met the old fashioned way - online! After chatting briefly on Hinge in February 2024, they picked a time to meet. Amanda's profile said that the best way to ask her out was to do it sooner rather than later, so Adrian did! Their first date was at Bei Sushi in South Scottsdale on 2/18/24, after church, where they had both served that day. They talked and talked, surprised at how much they had in common in spite of growing up in different countries. In seemingly no time at all, the restaurant kicked them out to close up, but they arranged to meet again the following Saturday. Amanda had never been so excited for a second date, and Adrian took her to Mediterranean food and a comedy show. They got to know each other more over flights of cider until they again closed down the restaurant. Still not ready to part, they stayed up until 4 am talking. Though suffering from the lack of sleep, they did the same thing the following weekend! A month or so later, Adrian was in Amanda's apartment for dinner, when he said that he had been asking God for His blessing that they would be together. That night, they became "official" and shared their first kiss. Since that night, they have spent every available moment together. They fell more and more in love, planning dates, hikes, travel, and soon, their entire future together! Amanda and Adrian are thrilled to include you in the celebration of their love, friendship, and commitment this January.
