Although our ceremony begins at 1:30 PM, we kindly ask that guests arrive at least 20 minutes early to allow time for parking and finding their seats before the ceremony begins.
Formal Attire: Floor-length gowns or a classic suit and tie are kindly requested. We kindly ask our guests to AVOID the following attire choices: -Sage green, as this color is reserved for the wedding party -White, ivory, cream, or any shade that could be mistaken for white (white dress shirts are welcome for gentlemen)

A complimentary shuttle service will only be available for guests staying at the DoubleTree hotel. Guests are welcome to drive to the reception site if they do not wish to take advantage of the shuttle service. To The Reading Country Club - Pick up from the DoubleTree Hotel is scheduled at 4:15PM From the Reading Country Club - The shuttle will depart from the Reading Country Club at 9:15PM and return guests back to the hotel.

Both our ceremony and reception will be held indoors. However, guests are invited to enjoy cocktail hour outdoors, as well as the patio throughout the evening.
If we do not receive your RSVP by the provided deadline, it will be marked as a “No.” While we will miss celebrating with you, we are required to submit final guest counts to our venue in a timely manner and unfortunately cannot accommodate late RSVPs. The RSVP deadline is August 15th. We look forward to celebrating with you!
