Question

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There is free parking in Sophia's lot, located across from the venue. The traffic is somewhat busy though, so please take care in crossing the street.

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

The day of the wedding both the Bride and Groom will have limited access to their phones but Any questions the week of the wedding who should we reach out to?

What if I've already RSVP'd yes, but something has come up and I can NOT attend?

Answer

We are sorry something has come up, you will be missed. Please message the groom as soon as possible.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 45 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to give you time to get seated, and we can get the ceremony started as scheduled.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The wedding will be held @ Sophia's Banquet Center 1519 Oak St Wyandotte Mi., with the reception to immediately follow.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Daily high temperatures average 67°F to 55°rom 67°F to 55°F,, rarely falling below 43°F.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

May I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, cocktail hour will begin where you may relax and enjoy hors-d'oeuvres and your favorite drink.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones (and teenagers), our wedding is going to be an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time, and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

I want to gift the Bride and Groom with a check how should it be written out?

Answer

First of all, thank you! Please write it out to one or the other of us. To Steve Letenyei or to Pamela Rodriguez to make banking easier.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Currently, we do not have a block, but we have listed some hotels on our Travel tab.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Please let us know promptly if you can or can not attend, so we can plan accordingly. The final RSVP deadline is September 15, 2022. You may RSVP online on our site, or by sending a text to the Bride or Groom.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes, hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be available during cocktail hour, and dinner will be served by 7:00 pm.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

The pasta entree will be vegetarian, any other special dietary needs should be communicated asap. We will discuss if they can be accommodated with our caterer.

Where are you registered?

Answer

Since Steve and I already both own homes, we have opted for home renovation and honeymoon funds instead.

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

Sorry, no we will not be providing transportation but Uber and Lyft can.

Question

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

While we are glad you enjoy them, but we ask you do not take centerpieces home.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

During the ceremony we ask you do not take pictures, we will have a photographer there to handle that. We will also provide a photo booth for the reception. But you are welcome to post any pictures you capture at the reception using #PamelaStoletheShow.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We plan to offer chicken, and vegetarian options. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate separate menus, but you are welcome to bring them.
