Is there a dress code? ¿Hay un código de vestimenta?

Answer

- - Yes! The dress code is cocktail attire (semi- formal). We recommend that men either wear a suit and tie or khakis, a nice button up, and dress shoes. We recommend that women either wear a cocktail dress or jumpsuits with heels or dressy shoes. Please do not wear white, jeans, sneakers, flip flops or sporty hats. ¡Sí! Answer

Unfortunately, children under 17 may not attend the wedding. If you are invited to the wedding and have a child or children who are under the age of 17, please contact the bride and groom as soon as possible or make arrangements for child care during the day of the wedding. The ceremony starts at 12:30. If you are late to the ceremony, please do not walk down the middle aisle and try to find a seat. Please walk through the side aisle. While we want all of our friends and family there, we would appreciate if you do not stand off to the sides of the church and wait to join us at the reception. Thank you for understanding. Answer

Yes! Please remember to stay seated during the ceremony so that you don't block anyone else's view of the ceremony. Please do not stand up during the ceremony to get a "closer view". We have hired both photographers, videographers, and drone specialists to capture the whole ceremony. Please do not stand in anyone way. At the reception, you may take pictures and video. Use the hashtag: #readytozarete when posting! ¡Sí! Recuerda permanecer sentado durante la ceremonia para no bloquear la vista de nadie más. Unfortunately, there will not be any dancing or any secular music playing at the wedding. We still want everyone to enjoy the day so we will have other forms of entertainment for guests. Giovanny and I would love a monetary gift (cash or visa gift card). We are in the process of obtaining our first home and would love to make decisions on what we think we need for our home. Unfortunately, there will not be an open bar at the reception. As Adventists we believe in the health message and refrain from drinking or serving alcohol at the reception. However, we will serve sparking cider, soda, water, tea, and coffee for guests to enjoy. Please respect the space and our decision during this time. Thank you! If your guest is not our list as a plus one, you may not bring an extra person. Due to the limited capacity, we are only able to bring an exact number of guests at the reception. If you have any questions, please reach out to the bride or groom. Si tu invitado no está en nuestra lista como acompañante, no podrás traer a una persona extra. There are many hotels in Allentown. We recommend that you make arrangements for booking and staying in a hotel or if you know someone who lives in Allentown, please contact them and make arrangements for staying.
