Complimentary transportation will be arranged to and from the venue. A shuttle will pick up guests at 3:20pm at the Fairmont Hotel (Seneca Street Exit). After the celebrations, the shuttle will leave the venue at 8:30pm, and again at 10pm. While the gardens provide ample onsite parking, it's important to note that taxis, rideshares, and Ubers may not be readily available. We recommend not relying on them, so please plan your transportation accordingly.

Our venue has a strict guest count, and therefore we kindly request that only those individuals mentioned on your invitation attend our celebration. Please do not bring a guest unless your invitation explicitly mentions a plus one. For families with children, only those over 10 are invited.
September in Seattle tends to offer dry, sunny, and warm days, with temperatures historically ranging between 73°F and 47°F. In the event it gets a bit chilly, rest assured that we'll have blankets!
We will serve a variety of hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a seated dinner. Our caterer will provide vegan/vegetarian/gluten free options if needed, so please indicate any requests once you RSVP. We will have an open bar, with non-alcoholic beverages also offered.
