If I cannot find the venue who do I call?

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We need to have a RSVP response by August 1st, this will help us get an accurate count to all of our vendors and the venue. If you are unable to attend we absolutely understand but we kindly request that you decline the RSVP invitation so we don't run into any surprises along the way.

Where do we park?

Answer

Geronimo Oaks staff will direct you where to park when you arrive at the gate.

Can we arrive early?

Answer

Yes, but we do not recommend arriving too early as the ceremony is outdoors and will be the only option for seating until the ceremony begins.

Can we sit where ever we like?

Answer

The Ceremony it is open seating, there are no "sides". For dinner everyone will have a assigned seat, please do not move your seat as this correlates to what meal you are getting served for dinner.

When will dinner be served?

Dinner service will begin around 7:30 pm.

Will there be drinks?

Answer

Drinks will be served by the bartending staff only, from 6pm-11pm. The venue does not allow shots.

What is the Dress Code?

Semi- formal attire, long flowly A-line dresses for women and Slacks and button ups for men. Please do not wear White or Red.

There are some hotel options on our website under the "Travel" bar you can choose to book.

Are we allowed to take pictures?

Answer

There will be no photos/phones during the ceremony. (Our photographer will be getting all the good shots). Of course we can take pictures after the ceremony and there will also be a photo booth available.
