Dress Attire for Wedding

Women: Wear flowy dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or dress pants Men: Collared button up dress shirts and dress pants, jackets/blazers are welcome but not required.

How many nights should I stay?

The room block is good for a week. We are asking guests to stay a minimum of 5 nights April 2nd- April 7th, but you are welcome to join us for the full week =) April 2nd-April 9th

Is this an all inclusive hotel?
Answer
Yes! The resort is all inclusive so eat and drink as much as you want!

Can I book at another hotel?
Answer
Unfortunately, to attend the wedding, you will need to stay at the Majestic Colonial. If you are unable to book a room at the resort, please let us know.

How far is the airport from the Majestic Colonial Resort?

About a 25-30 minute car ride.
Question
Is there a shuttle from the airport to the resort?
Answer
Your reservation with Liberty Travel (the website used to reserve your room), already comes with transportation to and from the airport. The cost embedded in your reservation is $35 per person. You can choose to opt out of the Liberty Travel transportation by emailing customercare@libertytravel.com. Give them your reservation number, and ask them to remove the transportation from your reservation. If you would like a cheaper roundtrip option, around $30 per group reservation, click on the Travel Tab and look under Book Your Taxi.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP ASAP. The room block is available for a limited amount of time, and the types of rooms are reserved on a first come first served basis.

How does reserving a room work?
Answer
Click on the Travel tab and find the hotel icon. Click on that and it will take you to another website where you can pick your room. You'll be asked to place a deposit of $100 per person to reserve your room(more $$ if you are booking a solo room).

How does paying for the hotel work?
Answer
You can pay in full for the hotel when you reserve your room OR you have until January 15th, 2025 to pay the room. You can log in and make payments whenever you want. If the reservation is not paid in full by January 15th, 2025, your room will be cancelled.

Although we love your little ones, this is an event geared towards adults. If this is a concern for you, please reach out to us and we can chat.
