Absolutely! If you already know whether you’ll be joining us, feel free to RSVP through the RSVP tab on our wedding website. Once your formal invitation arrives, you’ll be able to update your RSVP and meal selection any time before the RSVP deadline.
Please RSVP through the RSVP tab on our wedding website by September 3rd so we can finalize our guest count and meal selections.
If your plans change after you RSVP, please update your RSVP through our wedding website as soon as possible. If your plans change after the RSVP deadline, please reach out to us directly.
Due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. When you RSVP, you will be able to see the names of everyone included in your party.
Cocktail attire is requested. For men, a two-piece suit or dress pants with a blazer or tailored jacket paired with a crisp button-down shirt are appropriate. Ties are welcome but not required. Lightweight fabrics such as linen blends, lightweight wool, tropical wool, or polished cotton blends are well suited for the coastal setting. No shorts, jeans, or casual sandals, please. Dress shoes or dressy closed-toe loafers are recommended. For women, cocktail, midi, tea-length, knee-length, or dressy maxi dresses are appropriate, as are dressy separates or formal jumpsuits. Lightweight, polished, and flowing fabrics such as chiffon, silk, satin, crepe, georgette, or organza are perfect for the coastal setting. Our ceremony will take place outside on the lawn, so block heels, wedges, or dressy flats are recommended. Cape Cod fall evenings can be breezy, so guests may wish to bring a light layer.
While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that our wedding be treated as an adults-only celebration. When you RSVP, you will be able to see the names of everyone included in your party.
The ceremony will take place outside on the lawn facing the ocean, weather permitting. Cocktail hour will take place on the rooftop deck, and the reception will take place indoors in the ballroom. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors to the ballroom.
For guests staying at the other Pelham properties (Love Farms Lodge and Pelham on Earle), shuttle service will be available to and from the main hotel/venue for all wedding weekend events. Shuttles will be available on Friday for the Welcome Event, and a schedule with regular shuttle times will be posted at the front desk for reference. On wedding day, scheduled shuttle service to the ceremony will begin at 3:30pm, with the final pre-ceremony shuttle departing promptly at 4:10pm for the 4:30pm ceremony. After the reception, shuttles will be available at any time, so you can stay for the after party and bonfire without worrying about arranging a ride back. Guests staying elsewhere should plan to arrange their own transportation to and from the venue.
Yes. Guests staying at Pelham House Resort are welcome to park on property for the weekend. Guests staying at one of the other Pelham properties are encouraged to leave their cars there and take the shuttles to and from the main hotel/venue, as noted above. All other guests are welcome to park on-site for the ceremony and reception.
You are welcome to arrive as early as you’d like. The Pool House Bar in the lobby will be open if you would like to grab a drink beforehand, and you are welcome to bring it over to the ceremony area. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, so please arrive at the ceremony area no later than 4:15 PM to allow time to find your seat.
No problem! Please note any allergies or dietary restrictions in the meal selection portion when you RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate them. If you have any special requirements, please reach out to us directly.
Yes! There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception. For anyone joining us afterward, drinks at the after party will be available for purchase at the bar, which accepts both cash and cards.
