Rustic Ridge Winery 2805 St Hwy 80, Burlington Flats, NY 13315 (607) 965-0626
Shuttle bus leaves Hampton Inn Oneonta at 2:30 PM Ceremony begins at 3:30 PM
Hampton Inn Oneonta - where we have blocked off several hotel rooms for guests There are also other lodging options in Oneonta (such as the Clarion Hotel, Courtyard Marriott, Super 8 Motel, etc) We do not recommend staying in nearby Cooperstown due to the high volume of tourists that stay there for baseball season - it will be overpriced and overcrowded
The shuttle bus will leave the hotel at 2:30 PM and arrive at the venue between 3:15-3:30 It will then leave the wedding venue again at 10 PM when the reception is over.
We are asking for guests to please adhere to a "semi-formal" attire. This includes a suit (or at least a shirt and tie with dress slacks) for men and dresses for women. No jeans, shorts, sweats, tank tops, T-shirts, baseball caps, or sneakers please.

Don't worry - we'll have plenty of tent cover for everything to still occur as planned!
There will be private porta-johns available (rented by us for the wedding specifically). The venue only has a small, single room restroom that will only be permitted to be used by the bride, elderly guests, and/or handicapped guests.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience, but we are asking that guests please respect our wishes to have a child-free wedding (no children under the age of 12 please). And while the venue is outdoors, dogs are not permitted.
If your invitation includes an insert that says “'Your Name's' Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
No. Rustic Ridge winery will be supplying all the wine, and we will be supplying beer.
Yes. After the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour followed by dinner
The venue is in the middle of nowhere. There are limited services (cell service may be poor, gas stations are few and far between, there are no stores immediately nearby, calling a cab will be difficult and expensive), so make sure if you drive yourself you plan accordingly.
We ask that you please do not. We will be taking photographs at the venue before the ceremony and prior to guests' arrival, that way we may attend the reception rather than be away with the photographer while guests are enjoying the cocktail hour.
No, please. We have hired a professional wedding photographer who will be taking all the photos of the ceremony. We would like all of our guests to be fully present and in the moment with us during the ceremony. We will be asking everyone to please completely turn off their devices while we are saying "I do" to avoid an interruption. Photos after the ceremony are of course welcome!
